Champions

There is so much I could say about the Packers winning the Superbowl but I don't believe it would do justice to the awesomeness we as Fans are experiencing. But I'll try...

Dave is in Dallas (sitting directly behind Hillary Swank, thank you very much) witnessing an amazing group of players take back a trophy that is more at home in Green Bay than anywhere else. I am sure he is in heaven. I can't be 100% sure because he has not contacted me since before halftime, but you know, I know him and his love of sports so...

Tate is awesome. He is a true Packer fan, whether he realizes it or not. The boy was cheering all day, clapping, dancing and fist pumping. If you are lucky, you may at some point be able to witness Tate's interpretation of "the Raji".

This was in the afternoon as we had pre-game coverage on. The picture is blurry because he is busy movin' and cheering, as he did all day.

On the drive home from our own Superbowl party, it was amazing to hear the post-game ceremony on the radio while seeing fireworks exploding on either side of the highway. Even though it was just me and my little man in the car, it was clear: we were not alone in our celebration. We were not alone in our pride as Packer fans. And we were not alone in being able to declare, after 14 years, We Are the Champions.
